Chris Gotterup came from five back to card a stunning nine-birdie, zero-bogey 62 and claim his third win of the year at the John Deere Classic, capitalising when Ben Kohles found the water at the last. An emotional Gotterup called it his “fifth major.”
Pendrith ranked fourth in driving distance at 291.4 metres (318.5 yards) off the tee while finding more than enough fairways, ranking T-27 in that category at 64.29 percent. He also ranked first in putts per green in regulation at 1.57.
