1. Making a complaint
1.1. A person who has a complaint in relation to published material or images is required to communicate that complaint to Australian Golf Digest either by post or email:-

2.1. Australian Golf Digest acknowledges that details of the person lodging the complaint and any information relating to the complaint will be kept confidential at all times.
3. Acknowledgement of Receipt of Complaint
3.1. Australian Golf Digest will endeavour to acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 3 business days.
3.2. Acknowledgement of receipt of complaint will be delivered to the complainant via email (if complaint received via email) or post (if complaint received via post).
4. Format of Complaint
4.1. To assist Australian Golf Digest to understand the nature of the complaint, the complainant should ensure that details of their complaint are noted in accordance with the format below:-

Resolution: how would you like to see your complaint resolved?
5. Review of Complaint
5.1. The editor has the responsibility to review any complaint received.
6. Complaint Resolution
6.1. Australian Golf Digest is committed to ensuring that any complaint is dealt with in a fair, objective and transparent matter – with no bias.
6.2. The editor will discuss the complaint with the complainant to ensure a satisfactory outcome is achieved to resolve the complaint.
