Jed Morgan sauntered into the history books while Su Oh broke a long winless streak as the Fortinet Australian PGA Championship and the Fortinet Australian WPGA Championship concluded at Royal Queensland today.
Victorian Su Oh burst on to the scene by winning Karrie Webb’s signature event as an 18-year-old and is now setting the pace for the trophy named in her honour.
Oh follows in the exhaust fumes of Austin Ernst, who made her ace during Monday’s pro-am, and Pavarisa Yoktuan, who made her 1 during the second round.
West Australian Hannah Green will tee it up at the AIG Women’s Open at Royal Troon on Thursday evening Australian time knowing she is a genuine chance of capturing her second Major championship.
