Ping’s new book, And The Putter Went…PING, an inspiring and comprehensive look inside the family-owned company that revolutionised the way golf equipment was designed and manufactured, is now available for purchase.

Lee Trevino took home a set of Alex Faichney’s clubs and won the 1971 and 1972 British Open titles using a bag of Slazenger irons. However, he covered the Slazenger name with strips of adhesive tape because he was contracted to another equipment manufacturer.
