When nature calls, we are all powerless to ignore it. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re at, even the so-called “Watering Hole” at LIV Adelaide. When you gotta go, you gotta go.

Just ask this unlucky guy, who was hanging out with his mates at LIV’s answer to the WM Phoenix Open’s 16th hole on Friday. As the opening round got underway, they decided to go grab another beverage. On the way back, our moustachioed friend decided to break from the group to answer the call of nature. About halfway through you know, he heard the roar… we’ll let him explain the rest.

Yep, that’s right. While emptying the tank, the Crushers GC fan missed arguably the signature moment of the day at Grange Golf Club, as 2018 Masters champion Patrick Reed aced the par-3 12th, prompting a beer bath for the ages.

Obviously, it was a tough break for the young man, but he seemed to take it all in stride, saying, “Some part of me is a bit optimistic and says, ‘Look, there might be another guy that does,’ another part of me says, ‘Honestly, what’s even the point of being here?’ Because I just missed probably the greatest moment of the weekend.”

Needless to say, he’ll think twice before “breaking the seal” (his words, not ours) this weekend.
