The Tap Room at Pebble Beach is renowned for its post-Pebble meals, and Wyndham Clark capitalised while he was in the area. The world-class steakhouse is, of course, known for its hand-selected prime beef, but if you’re stopping by you might want to pull a Clark and order the beautiful The Tap Room Sundae.

For $US29, you too can attack this delectable dessert made up of “double vanilla bean ice cream, warm buttered bananas, honey almonds, cookie pieces and sticky hot fudge”. What else could one want after winning millions of dollars? There are a few glasses of wine on the table too, which never hurts when celebrating.
Now that Wyndham Clark is $3.6 million richer, think of how many ice cream sundaes from The Tap Room he can now order. Well, we did the maths and it’s 124,137 sundaes with quite a bit of change left over. Time for the Pebble Beach tavern to start ordering double vanilla bean ice cream in bulk.
