Odyssey Exo Putter Line

Odyssey has released a high-moment-of-inertia (MOI) mallet putter line with the launch of its EXO range.

Bringing together elegant detailing and tour-level performance with some of the finest finishes ever seen in an Odyssey putter, the EXO line marries the on-trend red and traditional black putter look in one technology-rich package.

All three multi-piece designs take inspiration from two classic head shapes in Rossie and Number Seven and a more recent shape, the Indy, from Odyssey’s Toulon Design family.

Each head is precision-milled, with a weight-saving aluminium red section contrasting with an elegant, milled black stainless steel body that drives significant increases in MOI, pushing putter performance to new levels for all golfers.

On impact with the golf ball, an all-new White Hot Microhinge Insert – a slightly firmer tour-developed insert with an identical feel to the tour’s ‘gold standard’ White Hot insert – imparts pure roll thanks to Microhinge Technology.

Tame Winter In Style

To give each Odyssey EXO Putter a premium look, each head is skim-milled, a light, yet precise milling process that refines edges and corners while giving the surface a beautiful sheen and feel.

“Odyssey EXO is the culmination of some of the best looks and technology and the putters look amazing, “ says Sean Toulon, general manager of Odyssey Golf. “Tour players love the sound, they love the feel and the cosmetics are striking.”

The Odyssey Seven EXO, Indy EXO and Rossie EXO come in 35-inch shaft lengths. The 7S is also available in a left-handed option.

Odyssey EXO Putters are in store now with an RRP of $449.99.

DryJoys Tour LTS

Tame Winter In Style

The design and development team at FootJoy explored ways of reducing weight and creating greater mobility. Where other jackets can have as many as 24 panels and 27 or more seams, the new LTS jacket has only five panels and six seams. Fewer panels and seams reduces weight and bulk while improving mobility and eliminating places for water to gather.

Partnering with ThermoLite to create a specially developed ThermoLite bonded liner using hollow core fibres made preserving temperature regulating properties possible. When conditions are cool, the hollow core fibres trap body heat inside the core and when conditions are warm, the fibres wick moisture and expel heat for optimum temperature regulation. Most notably, with the golf swing in mind, FJ has developed a three-layer bonded fabric, which boasts soft, comfortable and quiet attributes, as well as excellent Tame Winter In Stylefour-way stretch that moves with you through the golf swing.

The new DryJoys Tour LTS jacket has been validated on tour by some of the top players in the world, including Rafa Cabrera Bello, Jimmy Walker, and Australia’s Andrew Dodt. In addition, FootJoy tested the product features in the harshest conditions of a remote golf destination where players were challenged with cold, windy and wet weather.

Available now via FootJoy stockists. Jacket SRP: $399.95; rain pant SRP: $319.95.
