Workday Charity Open champion Collin Morikawa played some impressive golf to claim his second PGA Tour win this morning.

But it could have been all the more impressive had Lady Luck been on his side at the 202-yard par-3 fourth.

Morikawa could do no wrong during the first two rounds (65-66), taking a three-stroke lead. He then shot an even-par 72 on Saturday to find himself trailing by three at 13-under. But a birdie on the second hole on Sunday morning, where the tee times were moved up to try to avoid forecasted thunderstorms in the afternoon, had Morikawa thinking positive again. And if it didn’t, then this tee shot on the fourth hole sure did:

When he sees a replay of this, Morikawa is going to say he was robbed of the hole in one. But he gladly took the tap-in and eventually closed out the tournament in a dramatic playoff against Justin Thomas.

Got to love these extra clips from the PGA Tour:

We’re telling you, no one will ever truly figure this game out.
