TaylorMade has unveiled The Shadowfall Collection, a limited-edition release that brings an all-black finish across drivers, fairways, irons and apparel, pairing a unified dark aesthetic with the brand’s existing performance platforms.

“When darkness meets uncompromising quality, something exceptional emerges,” TaylorMade said of the release. The collection is designed around a consistent visual theme, with premium black finishes applied across the bag to create a cohesive look from tee to green.

At the centre of the release are the Qi4D Shadowfall drivers, offered in three head shapes. The high-gloss black finish is designed to accentuate the geometry of the driver line while giving it a more striking presence on the tee.

The Qi4D Shadowfall fairways continue the same theme, combining adjustable loft options and all-around versatility with a unified dark finish intended to create visual consistency throughout the set.

Rounding out the clubs are the P790 Shadowfall irons, which retain their forged feel and performance characteristics but arrive with a darker aesthetic that shifts them into more of a statement-piece category within the players-distance space.

Across the range, the technology remains unchanged from the standard Qi4D and P790 models, with the Shadowfall treatment focused entirely on finish and presentation rather than performance updates.

For players, it effectively means access to the same performance profile with a different visual identity, something that has become increasingly relevant as equipment aesthetics play a bigger role in how golfers choose what goes in the bag.
