Reigning Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia Order of Merit champion Kazuma Kobori and DP World Tour winner Daniel Hillier are locked in to head the New Zealand challenge at our two primary golf tournaments.
PGA Tour member Victor Perez heads a group of DP World Tour winners and rising stars who have been added to the fields for the Summer of Golf’s two major tournaments, the BMW Australian PGA Championship in Brisbane and ISPS Handa Australian Open in Melbourne.
Australia’s newest PGA Tour member, Karl Vilips, is heading home to play in his first ISPS Handa Australian Open as a professional on the famed Melbourne Sandbelt. He will be joined at Kingston Heath and Victoria golf clubs from November 28 to December 1 by American Harry Higgs, who is returning to the PGA Tour for the 2025 season, and Chile’s Cristobal Del Solar, who has been inspired to play in our Open by countryman and defending champion Joaquin Niemann.
Day will make his first appearance in a PGA Championship at Royal Queensland Golf Club, joining defending champion Min Woo Lee as feature players for the event co-sanctioned by the Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia and DP World Tour.
