In case you missed it, Barstool Sports personality Jersey Jerry broke the internet last month doing a hole-in-one simulator challenge, becoming the most unlikely golf hero since Michelob Ultra Guy. Jerry vowed to not leave the Barstool office until he made an ace at Pebble Beach’s seventh hole. And after 2,627 strokes hacks, he finally did it.

Not surprisingly, it took a PGA Tour winner a lot less time to pull off the trick.

Apparently feeling inspired by playing the real Pebble Beach – and by Jersey Jerry, of course – Si Woo Kim decided to take on the iconic par 3 on his simulator. And let’s just say he didn’t need any sleep breaks to get the job done.

Sixty-nine tries. That’s it. Very impressive, even if the hole only measures a little less than 100 metres.

The best part of the video, however, is how crazy Si Woo goes after making his ace. Here’s a guy with four PGA Tour titles, including the 2017 Players Championship, and more than $US23 million in PGA Tour earnings and he’s a-hoopin’ and a-hollerin’ after making an indoor hole-in-one. You love to see it.

And we’d love to see other PGA Tour pros get in on this challenge. Jersey Jerry may not have only broken the internet, he may have started a movement.
