As we’ve seen many times since the PGA Tour restart, televised golf tournaments without fans mean we get to hear a lot more from the players. That includes the good, the bad, and the NSFW (not suitable for work).

Of course, the NSFW and the good are one in the same. We love seeing frustrated tour pros using naughty words because it’s probably the closest most of us weekend hackers will get to feeling like these guys. So much so that Justin Thomas was trending on Twitter during Sunday’s final round of the 2020 PGA Championship – and it had nothing to do with his play.

Rather, it was a reaction of the world No.1 to a missed putt that got everyone’s attention. Let’s just say the mics at TPC Harding Park are working very well. See – and hear – for yourself:

Again, we’ve heard plenty of reactions like this, but this is the PGA Championship. This is MAJOR. So that F-bomb just hits different.

Anyway, shout-out to Thomas for letting us know how he really felt in that moment. And on behalf of all of us who have felt robbed on the greens, we feel you, JT. But to those who haven’t teed off yet, be careful out there. The world is listening.
