Without looking, we can pretty much guarantee that any tour pro who has ever posted about their Masters invitation on social media has done so in a similar way – by posting a picture of just the invitation and caption-ing it with something along the lines of “Can’t wait to get to Augusta!” Booooooring.

Min Woo Lee, who recently gained a bit of fame during his T-6 at the Players Championship, is anything but boring. As we saw at TPC Sawgrass, this up-and-coming star from Australia has some serious personality, something a lot of younger tour pros are missing in today’s game. Thankfully, Lee has enough swag to make up for everyone else’s lack of it.

Case in point, Lee’s video of him accepting his second career Masters invitation, which just came in the mail because he snuck into the field at the last minute after the WGC–Match Play in Austin. The video, of course, is on Tik Tok, the latest sign that this ain’t your grandfather’s Masters anymore:

What. A. Ledge. Doesn’t get much better than his pronunciation of “the Maaaahhhstas”, by the way. Es and Rs are for the birds. We should all just call it tha Maaaahhhstas.

This still shot is the best:

This will be Lee’s second straight appearance at Augusta National, and it certainly won’t be overwhelmed considering how well he did in his debut. Lee tied for 14th a year ago, and that was his second start in a Major, ever. It wasn’t a quiet T-14, either, with Lee tying the nine-hole scoring record with a front-nine 30 in the final round. Man’s got all sorts of game and all sorts of swagger. Impossible not to cheer for next week.
