The 2026 women’s Australian Open is set to bring a global field to Adelaide, with a host of top Ladies European Tour (LET) players confirmed for the event at Kooyonga Golf Club from March 12–15.

Five of the top eight on last year’s LET Order of Merit will be in the field, including Singapore’s Shannon Tan, South Africa’s Casandra Alexander, England’s Cara Gainer and Alice Hewson and Czechia’s Sara Kouskova.

Tan, last year’s Order of Merit winner, made history as the first Singaporean to top the LET rankings. Having relocated to the Gold Coast at age 14 to pursue her professional dream, she made her pro debut in 2024, finishing runner-up to Kazuma Kobori at the Webex Players Series Murray River.

They’ll join Australia’s own Major champions Minjee Lee, Hannah Green, and Grace Kim, as well as LPGA Tour stars Steph Kyriacou, Cassie Porter, Karis Davidson, and Sarah Kemp.

“Our partnership with the Ladies European Tour has gone from strength to strength,” said Karen Lunn, CEO of the WPGA Tour of Australasia. “We’re excited to see that a truly global field is set to compete in the Australian Open later this month.”

Golf Australia CEO James Sutherland added, “The return of the women’s Australian Open to Adelaide has been further bolstered by this announcement. Kooyonga will once again provide a fantastic setting for our national open, and we look forward to Adelaide’s hospitality.”

Tickets are available through Ticketek, with single-day, multi-day, and hospitality options for fans wanting to see the top international and domestic players in action.
