Still on its original site since its establishment in 1905, the St Clair Golf Club has a proud history of developing top-class golfers who have represented the Otago region and New Zealand with distinction. A short drive from central Dunedin, the nicely manicured 5,962-metre layout has some of the most breathtaking views of any course on the South Island. Towering pines provide great character to the parkland-style layout.
St Clair is an excellent environment for golfers of all abilities with the choice of four tee blocks. Apart from a championship-standard course, the club’s facilities include two bars, a restaurant and café as well as a practice putting green, nets and driving range. Patrick Moore, an NZPGA ‘AAA’ professional, runs a fully stocked golf shop with all the leading brands.
