Tour Edge

Wingman

Why we like it

Ample offset in irons is viewed as helpful but is often eschewed in wedges. That’s curious because offset can make it easier to square the face. PGA Tour Champions legend Bernhard Langer worked with Tour Edge to develop this wedge with a noticeable three millimetres of offset. Extra weight high in a wing towards the toe raises the centre of gravity to flatten trajectory and control spin. Polyurethane inserts low in the back body save mass and help to create a softer feel by absorbing unwanted vibration.

  • Milled grooves, micro-grooves and diagonal milling lines in the toe improve friction on open-face shots.
  • A high-toe weight helps control trajectory and spin.
  • 16 options (50-60 degrees); 3 grinds; 1 finish

Reviewer profile

“Appealing design with a splash of colour that spices up the look. Consistent distance. High-launching from the sand.”
