The LIV Golf Adelaide crowd had been waiting patiently for two-and-a-half days for the magic to happen at the par-3 12th hole at The Grange Golf Club. A little after 1pm local time on Sunday, IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED…. a hole-in-one at the action-packed party hole.
Smash GC’s Chase Koepka entered his name into LIV Golf folklore as the first player to ever ace the Watering Hole. And weren’t the well-hydrated locals happy about it:

Our thoughts go out to event staff responsible for the clean-up before Koepka’s playing partners could attempt to follow suit.
