The 2026 Players Championship is officially in the books. Despite Cameron Young’s career-defining breakthrough and all the “fifth major” chatter throughout the week, that can only mean one thing:
It’s Masters season, babyyyyyy.
Of course, the marketing geniuses down at ANGC HQ didn’t miss a beat either. On Monday morning, mere hours after Young prevailed at TPC Sawgrass, they released a new teaser for the 90th Masters that sent golf fans into a state of pure delirium. Sound up lock in.

Set to the invigorating tones of James Brown, this 90-second feast celebrates 90 years of Masters magic from Jack’s charge in ’86 to Tiger’s chip in 2005 to Rory’s rollercoaster last spring. It’s a glorious time machine, and if it doesn’t have you chomping at the bit for next month, then you may want to check your pulse.
Though the 2026 Masters will clearly have one eye on the past in celebration of its 90th birthday, there’s no shortage of storylines in the here and now. Will Rory repeat? Can Ludvig Aberg avenge his Players collapse? Will Scottie Scheffler shake off his (relative) struggles or will Brooks Koepka announce his return to the PGA Tour with authority?
