New Titleist 917 Drivers

New Titleist 917D2 and 917D3 drivers set the standard for complete performance off the tee, providing maximum distance and forgiveness with precise adjustability and Tour validated looks, sound and feel to benefit dedicated golfers at every level of the game.

Titleist 917 Driver

Engineered with proprietary Active Recoil Channel 2.0 and SureFit CG technology, 917 drivers are the result of an uncompromising “complete performance” design strategy employed by Titleist Golf Club R&D to develop the industry’s most comprehensive and efficient driver designs – ones that have earned immediate acceptance and validation by many of the world’s best players, including Adam Scott (917D2 9.5º), Bill Haas (917D2 9.5º), Byeong Hun An (917D3 8.5º), Justin Thomas (917D3 9.5º), Charley Hoffman (917D2 8.5º), Scott Piercy (917D2 8.5º), Jason Dufner (917D2 10.5º), Webb Simpson (917D3 10.5º) and Jimmy Walker, who trusted a 917D2 8.5º model to his first Major title at the PGA Championship at Baltusrol.

“I put the 917D2 straight into play. It was definitely faster, had a better sound and feel, and I really loved the shape,” said Jimmy Walker.

Titleist 917 drivers deliver increased ball speed for more distance with superior forgiveness, industry-leading adjustability with optimised trajectory control, and tour-inspired sound and feel through the following key technologies:

• Active Recoil Channel (ARC) 2.0, a long, wide, deep sole channel, actively flexes and recoils at impact to launch the ball off the face with higher speed and lower spin for more distance.

• Radial Speed Face 2.0, a high-speed forged face insert, is tuned with ARC 2.0 to promote greater off-centre ball speed for more overall distance.

• A precise, High-MOI Design, with a low and deep centre of gravity location, delivers stability and forgiveness by preserving off-centre ball speed for more distance, more often.

• Titleist’s industry-leading SureFit Hosel and new SureFit CG weight system deliver the ultimate in precision fitting for every player.

The proprietary 16-setting SureFit Hosel allows golfers to set loft and lie independently to optimise ball flight for improved shot control and maximum distance.

Titleist 917 drivers are now available in Australia and New Zealand through Titleist authorised golf shops with a suggested retail price (SRP) of $749.

New Titleist 917 Fairways

Setting the standard for complete performance from both the tee and turf, new Titleist 917 fairways provide more distance and forgiveness with the most precise customisation available to dedicated golfers of all skill levels.

Titleist 917 Fairway

Titleist 917F2 and 917F3 models, like their 917 driver counterparts, are designed using new patented Active Recoil Channel 2.0 and SureFit CG technology to produce an uncompromising combination of distance, forgiveness and trajectory control with tour-preferred looks, sound and feel.

Titleist 917 Fairway

Titleist 917 fairways deliver increased ball speed for more distance with superior forgiveness, industry-leading adjustability with optimised trajectory control, and tour-inspired sound and feel through the following key technologies:

• Active Recoil Channel (ARC) 2.0 actively flexes and recoils at impact to launch the ball off the face with higher speed for more distance. The improved sole channel design, featuring a unique elastomer insert with a hollow core, produces greater face flexibility for a more consistent deflection that increases speed across the face.

• A Variable Thickness Face Insert is tuned with ARC 2.0 to deliver greater off-center ball speed for more overall distance across the face. The high-speed, forged insert is thinner around the perimeter, increasing flexibility for more distance on off-centre hits.

• A precise, High-MOI Design, with a low center of gravity location, delivers stability and forgiveness by preserving off-center ball speed for more distance, more often.

• Titleist’s industry-leading SureFit Hosel and new SureFit CG weight system deliver the ultimate in precision fitting for every player.

The 917’s adjustable technologies offer the same type of customisation available on the Titleist Tour Van. A Titleist authorised fitter will utilise SureFit Hosel and SureFit CG, coupled with interchangeable shafts, to determine a player’s optimal setup so they are playing a 917 fairway that is fit precisely to their swing.

The 917F2 model provides all-around playability with forgiveness and more distance in a larger profile fairway. 917F2 offers more spin and higher launch versus 917F3 for a higher trajectory. (Available in 13.5º, 15º, 16.5º, 18º and 21º lofts.)

Meanwhile, the 917F3 model provides versatility with shot control and more distance in a compact profile fairway. 917F3 offers less spin versus 917F2 for a more boring trajectory. (Available in 13.5 and 15º lofts.)

Titleist 917 fairways are available now through Titleist authorised golf shops with a suggested retail price in Australia (SRP) at $439 and in New Zealand (SRP) $499

Titleist 716 AP1 and AP2 Irons

Titleist 716 AP1 & AP2 Irons

New 716 AP1 is the longest, most forgiving Titleist iron ever, designed for golfers seeking maximum distance and maximum forgiveness. The extreme 360º undercut cavity design creates a large thin unsupported face, delivering speed and launch for more distance, while the high-density tungsten weighting provides maximum forgiveness. SRP Steel: $165 per club; Graphite: $205 per club

New 716 AP2 is Titleist’s most advanced players’ iron, made even better, delivering tour-proven distance with forgiveness and solid forged feel.  High density tungsten weighting is used to position the centre of gravity low and perfectly aligned at impact for more speed, while at the same time increasing MOI for greater forgiveness

Titleist Vokey Design Spin Milled 6 Wedges

Titleist Vokey Design Spin Milled 6 Wedges

Already the most played wedge model on the PGA Tour, Vokey SM6 wedges provide precise distance control, enhanced shot versatility, maximum spin and superior feel through the following key technologies:

A groundbreaking new Progressive Centre of Gravity (CG) design aligns the CG with the impact position of each loft to produce precise distance and trajectory control with exceptional feel. Engineered using cutting-edge CAD technology, the Progressive CG is visible technology on the back of the wedge.

Low Loft (46º-52º) SM6 models feature a low CG that increases ball speed on average by 1.5mph (3-5 yards). This low CG position provides a precisely aligned progression from a typical iron set. It is visible technology, highlighted by a thinner topline and raised lower section.

Mid lofts (54º & 56º) feature a mid CG position, precisely aligned between the low lofts and high lofts, that provides precise distance gapping and exceptional feel.

High lofts (58º-62º) feature a high CG position that produces tighter distance dispersion, improved trajectory control and better feel. The high CG position is precisely aligned with the impact position of high lofted wedges, higher on the face. It is visible technology, highlighted by a raised upper section.

Master Craftsman Bob Vokey’s five tour-validated SM6 sole grinds have been fine tuned through Bob’s work with the world’s best shot makers, providing golfers of all skill levels with improved shot versatility for their swing type, shot making style and course conditions.

All five SM6 grinds (L, M, S, F, K) are currently in play across the worldwide professional tours. Each grind is a direct result of Bob’s experience fitting tour players, PGA professionals and amateurs of all skill levels for more than 20 years.

Available in Australian golf shops, Vokey SM6 wedges are available in 46º to 62º lofts and three finishes: Tour Chrome, Steel Grey and Jet Black (raw).
