As the old saying goes, to the victor go the spoils. That doesn’t apply to the 2024 Presidents Cup.
Sure, it would be nice to win the biennial team competition, but everyone involved is getting plenty of spoils before the event even starts.

Ahead of Thursday’s start at Royal Montreal, a video showed the royal treatment that participants are getting. At least, in terms of swag. Check out these player hotel rooms that look more like fully-stocked pro shops:

Wow. That’s a pretty nice haul, huh?
You’ve got piles of clothes, literal racks of clothes, a seemingly lifetime supply of hats and other amenities like massage guns and compression systems. These guys are good? More like these guys are good to go. Kudos to whoever had to set all those rooms up. That was a lot of work!
Obviously, we’ve always known players get plenty of team garb, but seeing it all laid out like this is pretty wild. Anyway, congrats to all the guys on their new wardrobes. May the best (dressed) team win.
