Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x: The new Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x both feature a faster high-gradient core, reformulated to maintain low long-game spin, increase ball speed and add spin on shots into and around the greens. The company started with hundreds of prototypes, then narrowed that number through player feedback and machine testing before final player testing with a handful of prototypes.

Titleist Scotty Cameron Phantom line expansion: Scotty Cameron’s Phantom line returns in 2025 with five new configurations. The tour-inspired Phantom 5.2 and Phantom 7.2 models feature the same wingback head shapes as the Phantom 5 and Phantom 7 models, but employ an I-beam plumber’s neck hosel to offer toe flow properties previously not offered in the Phantom line.

“This gives the exact same neck and the exact same toe flow as a Newport 2,” Cameron said. “If I like a Newport 2, but I want a little more forgiving, a little more MOI, this is a perfect intro into the mallet world.”

The Phantom 5, Phantom 11 and Phantom 11 Long Design models will for the first time be available for left-handed putters.

All five new setups will be available for pre-sale on Jan. 29 and at Titleist-authorized golf shops on Feb. 14. All $449, with the exception of Phantom 11 Long Design ($499).
