The news of Tiger Woods’ car accident sent shock waves throughout the world on Wednesday. Thursday, one of golf’s most famous courses displayed a fitting tribute.

The artist, Robert Lloyd Ogle III (@RLOIII on Twitter), appears to be a specialist in sand art. You can find some of his other creations on his website, www.robertlloydogle.com.

Tributes will continue pouring in as Tiger recovers from the single-car accident. This is undoubtedly one of the most creative, and fitting, coming at one of golf’s most iconic venues.
