We’ve all been there. One week, you’re playing a top-ranked course. And the next, you have to make do with a local muni. And yet, very few of us are teeing off at Augusta National and then trekking out to Mexico City with our job (and paycheck) in the balance.

That’s what Bryson DeChambeau and a handful of other LIV golfers are currently going through, and it appears as if the two-time major champ isn’t loving his time at the Club de Golf Chapultepec. You may not be able to watch every shot, but don’t you worry: If a golfer is upset, some enterprising fan will record their frustration for the world to see.

After a Thursday bunker shot that ended up closer to the crowd than the pin, Bryson DeChambeau apparently lost his cool, ragging on the course’s mediocre conditions.

“You got destroyed grass,” DeChambeau seems to say. “Oh, this is rough? Definitely … good to see. Guys, this is what we’re playing on, apparently. We’ve gotta have a rule here. This is unbelievable. Absolutely out of the question.”

Eventually, after some sarcasm and a quick consultation with his caddie and an official, DeChambeau played it as it lay, finding the green and a makeable putt. He finished the day with an even-par 71, which isn’t terrible, especially considering all the LIV hoopla surrounding the league’s most important player.

This isn’t new for DeChambeau, as he went after LIV Mexico City’s bunkers just one year ago, even going so far as to call them the “worst f**king bunkers ever” and claiming that they could hurt someone’s wrist.

Perhaps the funniest (saddest?) part of the video is DeChambeau putting after this back-and-forth, with the music blaring. That’s a pretty good summation of LIV Golf’s week.
