The final official PGA Tour event of 2023 is here with the RSM Classic. Thanksgiving is rapidly approaching—get ready for family time—and some pros are set to be truly thankful as the top 125 on the FedEx Cup points list come Sunday will secure full for the 2024 season. Also, those who finish between 51-60 will get into two Signature Events next year, the Genesis Invitational and the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

Top 25 OWGR pros like Brian Harman, Cameron Young and Russell Henley are in the field this week at Georgia’s Sea Island Golf Club along with tour mainstays like Matt Kuchar, Mackenzie Hughes and Padraig Harrington. Quite a few Sea Island area pros such as Davis Love III (the host for the event), Zach Johnson, Harris English, Keith Mitchell and Patton Kizzire will be rounding out the field as well.

Last year’s champ Adam Svensson is back to defend his title. He held off a pretty strong field in 2022 behind a final-round 64 with two birdies on his final three holes on Sunday. A four-way tie on the back nine kept things interesting, but Svensson ultimately bested Sahith Theegala and Callum Tarren by two strokes.

The winner will receive 500 FedEx Cup points and a $1.512 million share of the $8.4 million purse.
