Scottie Scheffler has emerged as the world’s best golfer the past few years in large part due to his historic ball-striking. But when he misses a green, he’s also pretty darn handy with a wedge.

Scheffler’s Sunday singles match with Hideki Matsuyama began with the World No. 1 missing the green on No. 1 at Royal Montreal. From a bunker, however, Scheffler added the latest highlight-reel shot of his all-time great season.

Not only did Scheffler hole-out for an unlikely birdie to start the day, but he did it in slam-dunk fashion. Check it out—from a few different angles—as Scheffler jars his third shot on the fly:

It’s really not a fair fight with this guy. Talk about a nice way to start a round.

Scheffler followed that up with a more traditional birdie on the next hole in a match between the winners of the past three Masters. Again, he’s pretty good.
