PHIL Mickelson has won The Masters three times. So when he’s walking the fairways of Augusta National, he has a pretty decent licence to sledge – as long as Tiger isn’t around.

So when it came to a practice round with the Major-less Dustin Johnson and rising amateur superstar Bryson DeChambeau, Lefty let loose on DJ.

“For me it’s just a great way to give the other guys grief, a little jab here or there,” he said. “I always like to rough up Dustin. He’s a great target.

“We were walking down (No. 1), and I just said, ‘So, what are your plans tonight?’” Mickelson said. “Might have been a little too subtle.”
