Pat Perez’s “one-of-a-kind” mansion with an insane sneaker room has hit the market. We’re guessing the shoes aren’t part of the deal.
The former PGA Tour player turned LIV golfer turned LIV broadcaster’s unique Arizona pad is listed on several real estate sites including Zillow. And the 9,712-square-foot abode can be all yours—again, minus the Air Jordans—for (just) under $13 million!
Perez and his ex-wife Ashley had the place renovated a few years back, but unfortunately, they split when Ashley filed for divorce in November of 2023. Now this marble palace is ready for a new family to move in.
