Remember the story we brought you about the Aussie punter who put on a $50 multi and turned it into $86,700?

Well, another has come forward that beats it – by $30,800 to be exact. The two-leg bet predicted Sydney product Matt Jones would win the 2015 Australian Open at The Australian Golf Club in addition to Englishman Danny Willett donning the green jacket at The Masters in April this year.

Though this multi was first reported by ESPN sports business reporter Darren Rovell, many thought it to be a fabrication to increase excitement for sports multi bets during the 2016 Major season.

But the lucky Melbourne golfer has revealed to Australian Golf Digest it is in fact true. All $117,780 of it. And from a bet of just $30.

His shout at the golf club bar? We think so.
