Masters-related items for sale on eBay isn’t a new development. Gnomes, headcovers and all types of apparel are some of the things that are routinely listed for 10x-20x their original retail price.

One seller, Phillygolf, has a full spread on Masters relics. A 2013 beanie listed for $US150, a “vintage Masters water bottle sealed with picture of 12th hole” for $.99 and then there’s something a little more grotesque.

For $US2,019 (a fitting price), you can purchase a “brand new” 2019 Masters Pimento Cheese sandwich, complete with a sell-by date of 4.14.2019, the same year Tiger won his last green jacket.

The condition the sandwich is actually in is anyone’s guess, and opening the classic green wrapper would be nothing short of a science experiment. But if you’re in the market for arguably one of the most questionable pieces of Masters memorabilia imaginable, this might be your chance of owning a truly bizarre slice of golf history.

If this is for you, you can find the auction here.
