AUGUSTA, Ga. — That Scottie Scheffler’s commanding performance deprived this Masters of the usual fireworks doesn’t make the Texan’s second green jacket any less rewarding. For those in nearest pursuit of the World No. 1, the convincing result was no less disappointing.

Scheffler emerged from what was a four-way tie for the lead on the front nine to win by four, solidifying his status as the dominant player in golf. Golf Digest’s J.D. Cuban and Ben Walton were there for every step of a sun-splashed final round to elegantly capture the highs and lows of another Masters Sundays. Here were some of our favorites.
