The 27-year-old Dane and her partner, Maja Stark, were one down to Allisen Corpuz and Jennifer Kupcho on the 12th hole. Pedersen’s ace brought the match back to all square. Kupcho birdied the following hole to take back Team USA’s 1-up lead.

Team USA made history Friday morning at Finca Cortesin, winning all four foursomes matches for the first time ever at a Solheim Cup. Team Europe has won the last two Solheim Cups, and if they were to win it again this year, it’d be the first time that Team Europe won three in a row.
