Another two years of maturity and another large leap up the Top 100 for the Ross Watson-redesigned Palms Course at Sanctuary Cove. After a 14-place rise in 2014, the Palms goes one better in 2016, climbing 15 places to break into the Top 50 for the very first time in its history. Judges clearly see this as a greatly improved golf course, and some have suggested it’s actually superior now to the Pines Course at Sanctuary Cove. The 2018 ranking will prove to be most interesting.
