Terms and Conditions – Coopers x Walker Golf Pack Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is CMMA Digital & Print (Publisher of Australian Golf Digest), ABN 48 162 202 459, located at PO Box 3052, Merewether NSW 2291.

2. Competition Details

  • The Walker Golf x Coopers Brewery Collection Giveaway via Australian Golf Digest and the competition is a game of skill.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Answer the following question in 30 words or less: “Who is the best-dressed golfer on tour and why?”
  • Submit their response within the competition period.

4. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to Australian residents only.
  • Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

5. Competition Period

  • Start Date: Midday (12:00 PM) Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
  • End Date: Midday (12:00 PM) Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

Total Prize Pool Value: $7,235*
* the prize pool can change at the promoters discretion.

7. Judging

  • This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners with judging based on creativity and originality of the entries.
  • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

  • Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the competition closing.
  • Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Amy unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after the 7th day. 

9. General Conditions

  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  • By entering, participants consent to the promoter using their name and response for promotional purposes.
  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained by any entrant as a result of entering or attempting to enter the competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

Participants acknowledge that by entering, all information collected (including Personal Information) will be provided to Coopers Brewery Limited (Coopers) for the purposes of providing the prize(s), as well as for marketing, publicity, research and profiling. Coopers will use and handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found at: https://coopers.com.au/privacy.

In addition to any use that may be outlined in either privacy policy, the Promoter and Coopers may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Each Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their Personal Information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information held by either the Promoter or Coopers to the relevant holder. Personal Information will not be disclosed to any entity outside of Australia.
