Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club is a championship course on the NSW Central Coast designed by Ross Watson and is rated No.23 by Australian Golf Digest magazine in the 2016 Top 100 Courses ranking (found the in the March issue).
As Magenta Shores celebrates its 10th Anniversary in 2016, the strategic layout, variety of holes and ever-improving turf quality has attracted golfers from all over Australia.

With the Pacific Ocean on one side, Tuggerah Lakes on the other and Wyrrabalong National Part to the north, every hole at Magenta Shores offers the golfer a sculptured landscape with a variety of natural views to add to overall experience.

Less than two hours from Sydney’s CBD, the design and picturesque location has – in addition to Magenta’s sand base – allowed the course to remain playable in all weather conditions.

Magenta Shores lends itself to a variety of golfing combinations to fit in with the busy lifestyle of today’s corporate, social and individual golfers. For corporate golf, the first and 10th holes have been designed to maximise the ability to accommodate a large group of golfers. For individuals, corporate guests and beginners, nine-hole opportunities are available with the only difficulty being which nine to choose – ocean or national park?

Recently Magenta has also introduced a nine-hole, par-3 competition for members and guests in an effort to grow the game through shorter formats.

Currently, membership is open and as a member, not only do men and women enjoy equal rights and the freedom to play at convenience, but also the flexibility to design a membership that maximises your investment.

Magenta is owned by members, with men and women having equal playing and voting rights. The club adopted this inclusive and progressive culture from inception, which has always added to its appeal. The community-focussed club supports local charities and pro-am events.

Three parties at Magenta Shores – the golf club, Accor Pullman Resort and the developer – work in a collaborative effort to maximise the golfing package for members and guests. The golf club and resort make seasonal deals available throughout the year to stay and play, which are in high demand during the cooler months.
