Win, lose or draw, Bryson DeChambeau is going to keep the Content Train rolling along at a breakneck speed.
DeChambeau’s PGA Championship certainly didn’t end how he wanted it, but he did manage a second straight top-two finish in the season’s second major, a third straight in the top five. In the last nine majors he’s played in, he’s finished T-6 or better a preposterous six times. He’s building quite the majors section on the Wikipedia page.

Perhaps the only thing he’s better at than performing on the biggest stage is creating quality ‘tent, which is also performing on a big stage when you think about it. He created some incredible content during Round 1 of the PGA at Quail Hollow last Thursday, hitting a 10 out of 10 recovery shot through the trees at the 12th hole and walking after it like he was Indiana Jones, as my good friend Paolo Uggetti from ESPN put it:
The video clip of the shot can be viewed below:
Six days later and we still have no idea why he was walking after it like that. Some said he was trying to see the ball through the trees, others said he was “clip-farming,” which is internet code for purposely doing something absurd in the hopes of creating a viral moment. That he did, the video amassing over 2 million views on X/Twitter before being taken down.
Naturally, Bryson recreated this moment at his house, in the exact same outfit, of course. Now that’s some clip-farming:

Guy’s got way too much time on his hands.
