What you need to know: Motocaddy is taking the remote-control buggy to another level with its all-new 2026 REMOTE range, introducing three new models designed to give Australian golfers more freedom to walk the course without the effort of pushing or pulling their clubs.
The new line-up comprises the M7 GPS REMOTE, M7 REMOTE and ME REMOTE, with each model bringing Motocaddy’s latest remote-control technology to a different price point. It is a significant launch for a brand that has already made a major impact on the Australian market. Since Motocaddy launched directly to Australian golfers last year, its REMOTE models have accounted for more than three quarters of the brand’s total buggy sales.
“It’s been fantastic to see how quickly Australian golfers have embraced our REMOTE buggies since we launched directly into the market last year,” said Catherine Arkoudis, operations director at Motocaddy Australia. “The response demonstrates the growing appetite for electric buggies in Australia, and the 2026 range gives golfers an even more compelling reason to make the switch.
“We’ve taken everything golfers love about our REMOTE technology and enhanced it with more modern features, greater control and an even better overall experience. This is our most sophisticated REMOTE range yet, and we’re excited to see it out on Australian courses.”

At the top of the range is the M7 GPS REMOTE [pictured above], which combines Motocaddy’s remote-control technology with its most advanced GPS system yet. The headline feature is a crystal-clear 3.5-inch touchscreen display with full-hole mapping across more than 40,000 pre-loaded courses. Golfers get distances to the front, middle and back of the green, hazard information and a Dynamic Green View that allows the target position to be moved for more precise shot planning.
The GPS experience is also highly customisable. Golfers can choose between 2D and 3D mapping, access 3D hole flyovers, zoom and pan across holes, switch between portrait and landscape viewing and add radial distance markers. There are also customisable shortcuts, light and dark display modes and clock, round and lost-ball timers. Built-in Wi-Fi allows firmware and course updates to be downloaded over the air, while Bluetooth connectivity means smartphone notifications, including missed calls, texts, emails and selected app alerts, can appear directly on the buggy’s touchscreen.

The M7 REMOTE [above] takes much of the same remote-control technology and removes the integrated GPS, creating an option for golfers who want premium hands-free performance without the added GPS functionality. It gets a new 2.8-inch widescreen display, while the rechargeable handset provides forward, left, right and reverse control from more than 100 metres away. Dual-control mode lets golfers move seamlessly between remote and handle operation, while USB-C charging and a new CartLock PIN code security feature add further convenience.
At the more accessible end of the range sits the ME REMOTE [below], giving golfers an entry point into Motocaddy’s remote-control technology. It features a fresh sporty design, responsive forward, left, right and reverse navigation, a rechargeable handset, a 100-metre-plus remote range and a retractable anti-tip rear wheel. It also introduces Motocaddy’s CLICK ‘N’ CONNECT® cable-free battery upgrade, while the brand’s 28V high-power system provides the muscle behind the buggy.

Price/Availability: The M7 GPS REMOTE is available now for $2,299.99. The M7 REMOTE is available now for A$1,999.99. The ME REMOTE is available now for A$1,599.99.
Three cool things
1. It knows when you’re going downhill
All three models feature Downhill Control (DHC), which automatically regulates the buggy’s speed on descents. That means less intervention from the golfer and more consistent control when the course starts to get seriously hilly.
The buggies also feature Adaptive Terrain Stability (ATS), which continuously monitors wheel speed and load before adjusting motor output in real time. The result is designed to improve straight-line tracking, stability and smoothness across different surfaces.

2. The battery is seriously convenient
Motocaddy’s exclusive CLICK ‘N’ CONNECT® cable-free ULTRA Lithium battery technology features patented auto-disconnect functionality and a pop-up charging port.
The clever part? The battery can be transported and charged without having to remove it from the buggy, making one of the less glamorous parts of electric buggy ownership considerably easier.
3. It looks more like a car than a golf buggy
Motocaddy has invested heavily in the design and engineering of the new REMOTE range, giving all three models an automotive-inspired appearance. New ergonomic handle grips, premium low-profile all-terrain tyres, an auto-folding front wheel and retractable rear anti-tip wheel contribute to a more contemporary look while also improving stability and handling.
All three models also feature Motocaddy’s EASILOCK® bag-to-buggy connection system, allowing compatible Motocaddy bags to be secured without the need for a lower bag strap.

The bottom line
The 2026 REMOTE range represents a significant step forward for Motocaddy, with the brand expanding its offering rather than simply adding another remote buggy to the line-up.
The M7 GPS REMOTE is the technology showcase, pairing hands-free navigation with a comprehensive GPS package. The M7 REMOTE strips things back slightly while retaining the core remote experience, while the ME REMOTE opens the door to golfers who want to experience remote-control walking golf at a lower price.
“The launch of Motocaddy Australia has also been about giving Australian golfers a better way to buy and own our products, backed by a dedicated Australian team and the service and aftersales support they expect,” added Arkoudis. “We’re proud to offer exceptional value across the range, with our REMOTE buggies competitively priced against comparable options on the market, while our fast delivery, three-year warranties and ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot rating give customers added confidence when choosing Motocaddy.
“Ultimately, we want Australian golfers to know they’re getting world-leading technology, outstanding value and the support of a local team that’s here for them throughout their ownership.”
