Titleist T-Series irons: Which model is right for your game?

Titleist’s new T-Series irons have quickly established themselves as one of the most versatile and widely adopted iron lineups in golf, delivering strong performance for players across every skill level. In this video, Australian Golf Digest sits down with Titleist’s Gene Saunders to unpack the thinking behind the range and explain how each model is designed to perform.

Built around the brand’s core performance principles – Distance, Dispersion and Descent – the T-Series irons aim to produce consistent ball speed, tighter shot groupings and reliable stopping power. Gene explains how extensive player feedback, both on tour and at club level, helped shape the final designs, with particular attention paid to sound, feel, launch and forgiveness.

The lineup includes five distinct models. The T100 remains Titleist’s modern tour iron, offering precise shot-making, consistency and a soft, responsive feel. The T150 builds on that platform with slightly stronger lofts and a confidence-inspiring profile for players seeking extra speed. The T250 delivers a blend of distance, forgiveness and stability in a players-distance shape, while the T250 Launch Spec introduces a higher-launching option for golfers who need help getting the ball airborne and stopping it quickly. At the most forgiving end of the range, the T350 is designed to maximise speed, launch and stability across the entire face.

A key strength of the T-Series is its ability to work seamlessly as a combo set, allowing golfers to mix models through the bag without sacrificing looks, feel or performance continuity. Gene also stresses the importance of professional fitting, encouraging players to keep an open mind and explore different combinations to find the ideal setup for their swing and scoring needs.
