This intelligent speed-management system prevents electric trolleys from racing away on steep slopes, maintaining a smooth, controlled pace without the golfer needing to hold the handle. The presenters finally get to test the feature properly on a hilly course – the ideal terrain to show how effective it truly is.
Downhill Control also includes a built-in parking brake, activated either by pressing the stop button or rotating the handle to the “P” position. An audible click confirms the brake is engaged, allowing golfers to safely leave their trolley on slopes, next to greens, or on raised tee boxes without worrying about movement.
