The Triple Diamond driver has become one of the most trusted low-spin models on professional tours, and for 2026, Callaway has re-engineered it from the ground up. Brad Clifton speaks with Matt Sullivan from Callaway Golf to unpack the technology behind the new Triple Diamond Quantum and why it’s poised for widespread tour adoption.
At the heart of the Quantum is Callaway’s new Triforce face technology, which blends a thinner titanium poly mesh face with a carbon backing to deliver faster ball speeds without compromising stability. This innovation allows skilled players to maximise distance while maintaining the neutral, predictable ball flight that has defined the Triple Diamond lineage.
For the first time, Callaway has introduced a full 360 carbon chassis into the Triple Diamond design. This lightweight construction unlocks a new adjustable weight system tailored specifically for better players, offering both neutral and fade-biased settings. Two versions are available: the traditional Triple Diamond for players chasing classic low-spin performance, and the Triple Diamond Max, which adds forgiveness and slightly higher spin for added playability.
Beyond performance, the Quantum also represents a step forward in design. The full carbon body and refined shaping give the driver a premium, tour-inspired look that Callaway describes as a blend of engineering and artistry. Strategic rear weighting enhances forgiveness while preserving the low-spin characteristics demanded by high-speed players – a balance that remains one of the most difficult challenges in modern driver design.
Built for advanced amateurs and tour professionals alike, the Callaway Triple Diamond Quantum stands as one of the most complete and technically advanced drivers heading into the 2026 season.
