Throughtout his legendary—and LOOOOOONG—career, LeBron James has always displayed the signes of a true basketball sicko. When his team isn’t playing, he’s got NBA League Pass on keeping tabs on the rest of the Association. But apparently that’s not the case anymore in YEAR 23. The reason? Golf.
As we’ve seen in recent months, the four-time NBA MVP has been bitten by the golf bug pretty bad. Whether it’s rounds with his son, Bronny, practicing his swing during timeouts, or responding to Golf Digest tweets, James has clearly found a new obsession.

And it’s good timing. Because as big of an athletic freak as this guy is, he’s going to have to retire from basketball at some point . . . right?
Anyway, after helping the Lakers beat the Jazz on Thursday night, he was asked a straightforward basketball question about Utah budding star Keyonte George. And LeBron responded with the most golf sicko answer imaginable. Have a listen:

“I watch YouTube golf these days . . . I’m the wrong guy to ask about that.”
OK then. LeBron doesn’t have much of an opinion on one of the NBA’s rising stars, but he could give you a full scouting report on Grant Horvat’s short game. What a wild time to be alive.
