The tournament is only in its second year, yet the LPGA’s FM Championship has already become popular among the LPGA’s marquee-ranked players. Of the top 25 players in the Rolex Women’s Rankings, 21 are competing this week at TPC Boston in Norton, Mass., including World No. 1 Jeena Thitikul and World No. 2 Nelly Korda.

Mind you, there is a pretty strong financial incentive to playing in this week’s event. The overall prize money payout of $4.1 million is the largest of any event outside the five majors and the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship. The winner earns $615,000.

If that winner is Minjee Lee, who leads the tour in money earned so far in 2025, she will top the $4 million mark in prize money for the season, becoming only the fifth player to ever accomplish the feat. Last year, Thitikul and Korda both broke the $4 million money milestone. Lydia Ko did it in 2022 and Lorena Ochoa first accomplished it way back in 2007.

The top 65 and ties advance to the weekend. Here’s the prize money payouts for each golfer this week. Come back shortly after play is finished on Sunday and we’ll update the list with names and individual paydays.

Gil Hanse’s team completed renovation on the 12th and 13th holes at TPC Boston in 2017, completing a 10-plus-year project in which Hanse’s team attempted to reestablish a New England-type style to the course. The course, which sits about 45 minutes from downtown Boston, was the longtime host of a FedEx Cup Playoff event on the PGA Tour. View Course
