The John Deere Classic may not be the most prestigious stop on the US PGA Tour – especially with players grappling with the decision over whether or not to head to the UK early for the British Open – but it does have a certain history of its own.
The TPC Deere Run course closes with a stern par 4 with sand, water and trees acutely in play, a recipe that has yielded plenty of drama over the years.
