Hall of Fame Australian icon Karrie Webb will play her first LPGA Tour event in America in close to 18 months when she contests this week’s Pelican Championship at the Pelican Golf Club in Florida.
While this will be Wilmington Country Club’s first pro tournament, the club has played host to several top amateur events since its founding in 1901.
