1. Promotion
The promotion is the Summer 2025 Australian Golf Digest Ultimate Golf Survey (“Competition”).

Note: The Promoter does not operate a public-facing physical office.
3. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
b. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
c. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
4. Entry Period
The Competition opens 21 November 2025 at 00:00 AEST and closes 18 January 2026 at 23:59 AEST (“Competition Period”).
5. How to Enter
a. To enter, participants must complete the online survey hosted on SurveyMonkey during the Competition Period.
b. One (1) entry per person.
c. Entrants must provide valid contact details, including email address, to be contacted if they win.
6. Prizes
There are six (6) prizes, with one (1) prize awarded to each winner.
Each winner will receive one (1) golf driver, chosen randomly from the prize pool below:
- PING G440 Driver
- Titleist GT3 Driver
- TaylorMade Qi35 Driver
- Mizuno ST MAX Driver
- Srixon ZXi Driver
- PXG Black Ops 0311 Driver
Total Prize Pool: Estimated AUD $6,000 (average RRP approx. $999 per driver).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Draw Details
a. The winners will be determined by a computerised random draw.
b. The draw will take place on 30 January 2026 at 10:00 am AEDT.
c. The draw will be conducted remotely by the Promoter’s authorised representative.
(As the Promoter does not operate a public physical office, the draw will occur off-site using a secure digital randomisation system.)
8. Winner Notification
a. Winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
b. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
c. If a prize is not claimed within 14 days, a redraw will be conducted using the same method.
9. Publication of Winners
The names (first name, last initial + state) of winners will be published on:
- australiangolfdigest.com.au, and
- Australian Golf Digest social media channels
within 7 business days of the draw.
10. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place 14 days after the original draw, using a computerised random draw. Winners will be notified via email and published in accordance with Section 9.
11. Privacy and Use of Data
a. By entering the Competition, entrants agree that their personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Australian Golf Digest Privacy Policy.
b. Entrant data (including email addresses) will be added to the Australian Golf Digest marketing database automatically.

12. General Conditions
a. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
b. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
c. If the Competition is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as planned, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Competition.
d. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by entrants in relation to the Competition or prize.
e. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Permits
No state permits are required.
The total prize pool is below the thresholds requiring trade promotion permits in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS and NT, and below the permit limits for ACT and SA.
