Waking up on Halloween as a Yankees fan was brutal. I know because I am a Yankees fan and I stayed up to watch one of the worst meltdowns in baseball sports history when a freaking Little League game broke out in the fifth inning of Game 5 of the World Series. Respect to me for even writing this post. What a pro, I know.
On the flip side, waking up on Halloween as a Dodgers fan had to feel pretty darn good after your team won the championship. Not to mention, most LA fans have that three-hour time difference on their sides so they weren’t up past midnight. Must be nice.

That group includes Max Homa, who, not surprisingly, was on cloud nine after his Dodgers won their latest World Series title.

And when someone tried to bring down the six-time PGA Tour winner by mentioning how much money LA spent to win that championship, he wasn’t having it.

Good for you, Max. Don’t let that guy spoil your fun. Although, technically, he’s not wrong. The Dodgers basically bought their way to a title. I just can’t say anything, though, because, again, I’m a Yankees fan.
But Max’s wife, Lacey, also posted this adorable video of her husband celebrating with their son.

Thanks, Lacey, that made me smile. Even as a heartbroken Yankees fan.
