In a recent junior match in Michigan, a poor high school golfer was attacked by a goose. Yes, you read that correctly. According to the Blissfield Athletics Twitter account, “The golfers just finished teeing off and were walking down the fairway. To the left there was a goose nest and the golfers did a good job of avoiding it but the guard goose (hanging out on the far right) thought differently.”

One hacker tried to outrun the irritated bird, to no avail. A plight perfectly captured in three pictures:

Luckily, the Blissfield handle assured that our downed friend is OK, save for “his pride.” Still, got to feel for this kid. He woke up thinking he was going to play golf. He finished his day as a meme.
