The PGA Tour returns to TPC San Antonio for the final tournament before the Masters, where the winner can punch the very last ticket to Augusta National if he is not already eligible.

Only 22 golfers in the field of 144 in San Antonio have qualified for Augusta, setting up a potentially mouth-watering final round in Texas.

Top pick: Corey Conners ($17 via bluebet.com.au)

The Canadian began the WGC-Match Play last week 5-0-0 until he lost in the semi-final and he won the Valero Texas Open in 2019 to get into that Masters. Conners’ scoring average in 12 rounds here? 69.50.

Adam Hadwin ($34)
Hadwin is in form, with a tie for ninth at TPC Sawgrass and a share of seventh at the Valspar Championship. The Canadian tied for 23rd at TPC San Antonio last year.

Dark horse: Anirban Lahiri ($101)

Lahiri didn’t do anything wrong at the Players Championship, where he finished second, but Australia’s Cam Smith just went out and beat him. The Indian star was fifth last year at TPC San Antonio.

Top Aussie: Min Loo Lee ($101)

Lee is coming off a decent showing at the WGC-Match Play, where he didn’t make it out of the group but he did beat talented Belgian Thomas Pieters and halved his match with PGA Tour winner Tom Hoge. Lee’s shotmaking ability and creativity when the wind is blowing will be perfect for San Antonio. Other Australians in the field include Jason Day, Matt Jones and Aaron Baddeley but all have been struggling for form.
