1. Game of Skill Terms and Conditions for Australian Golf Digest Win a Trip to NZ Competition
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who fulfil entry requirements as dictated in clause 4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.

5. The competition commences at 00.01 (AEST) on Wednesday 10th June 2009 and closes at 23.59 (AEST) or last mail received on Tuesday 14th July 2009 (?Entry Period?). Multiple entries will be accepted, however, each entry must be sent in as a separate correspondence.
6. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after the end date will not count towards the competition.
7. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on product understanding and creativity. The best entries as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
8. Judging will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 22nd July 2009 at News Magazines 180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from News Magazines.
9. The answer judged to be the best based on creativity will win a Trip for 2 to New Zealand including:
a. Once night accommodation twin share in 3 star hotel including one round of golf valued at $750 NZD per person = $1,500 NZD
b. Two extra rounds of golf for 2 people valued at $600 NZD
c. Golf Carts for 2 people for 2 rounds valued at $140 NZD
d. 1 Hour Golf Lesson for 2valued at $150 NZD
e. Airfare vouchers $500 NZD per person = $1,000
f. Travel and accommodation will be subject to black out times and availability.
g. Prize must be taken between May 1st 2009 and October 31st 2009.
10. Total value of prizes is $3,390 NZD ($2,683.19 AUS as of the 27/05/2009)
11. Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs are the winner?s responsibility.
12. It is the winner?s responsibility to have all the correct travel documentation to travel to New Zealand.
13. It is the entrant?s responsibility to advise the Promoter of any change of personal details.
14. In the event that a participating product becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter?s control, entries must have valid purchase receipt for another participating product(s).
15. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges? decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
16. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter?s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
17. The winners will be notified by phone and or mail by Friday 31st July 2009.
18. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
21. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
22. In the event of a promoter other than News Magazines cancelling any event related to this prize, News Magazines cannot be held responsible.
23. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion such as photographic shoots and interviews.
24. Once the prize has left the Promoters premises the Promoter is not responsible for late or damage sustained during the delivery of the prize.
25. News Magazines collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition. We may also use the information to assist us in improving our goods and services and to contact you in the future in regard to our other goods and services. We may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in performing the above or with another company which provides prizes for the competition.
